How do I request designs?

Fäsfēn Designs offers a ton of flexibility in how you request designs by using Trello. Some common ways clients request designs is directly via Trello, then sharing Google docs or wireframes details, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). We will have standard pillars to keep project organization and status on point.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?

Once subscribed to Fäsfēn Design, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

How fast will I receive my designs?

On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

What will I receive in 48 hours?

Typical requests are delivered in 48 hours on average. Includes brand concept, landing page, collection of social templates, etc. If a request is much larger in size, expect to receive deliverables every 24-48 hours until the entire request is complete.

Who are the designers?

We are a team of two designers. This means you'll work directly and get personalized design & project management from the founder of Fäsfēn Designs. However, power-ups requests such as animations or custom illustrations are provided by local partner designers.

What if I only have a single request?

That's totally fine! You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional design needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.

Is there any design work you don't cover?

Absolutely. Fäsfēn Designs does not cover the following design work: 3D modeling, interior design, microsoft file designs, app design & code for website.

How does the pause feature work?

We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.

Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. We don't work on weekend. So, let's say you sign up and use the service for 2 weeks, and then decide to pause your subscription. You may pause for the remainder of the month and continue to use your remainder days-of-service when ready.

How do you handle larger requests?

Larger requests are broken down on Fäsfēn Designs end. This applies to full-scale website designs, UI/UX work, etc.

You should expect to receive a reasonable amount of work every 24-48 hours until the entire request is done.

What programs do you design in?

Most designs are created in Figma and Adobe Suite programs.

What subscription works best for me?

All Fäsfēn Designs subscription plan include unlimited requests, unlimited revisions, unlimited stock images, project management & source files.

‍STAR PACKAGE is the all-inclusive Fäsfēn Designs subscription plan. It has everything in the Graphics Pro subscription plus Website Design & Development! This option helps those businesses that are in constant need of design. It includes same-day turnarounds for many kinds of creative requests. When it comes to web design and development requests, turnaround would be a matter of days — not weeks. If you’re looking to level up your content in a major way, this plan is for you.

Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?

Due to the high quality nature of the work, unfortunately there will be no refunds issued.

What is your customer support like, what are your office hours?

We work pacific time, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. However, we are available through DM and email 24 hours, except on weekends and holidays.

Do you accept one-time projects and what is the cost?

Yes, we accept one-time projects for any type of printing or digital design. The turn-around times may vary depending on the type of project. We charge hourly rates, please schedule a 15 minute appointment below to discuss ALL details to your project needs to be able to provide a personalized quote that meets your needs.
